Migrains
Migraine is a disease of nerves.It is caused by the accumlation of foreign matter around the brain and the nerves in the neck.In migrain pain is located in only one part of the head,either right or lesft side of the head.Pain is felt on the upper part of the eye,forhead,temple and back side of the head.

Beneficial Asanas:Narishodan ,Shavasan
In the beginning patient should keep fast for three days or live on fruit juices.He shouldtake enema to keep the stomach and intestines clean.then he should take hot water bath once in a week and during fast.
